I am a 28 year old mom of three girls who don't sleep through the night! They are 3 months, 2 years and 5.5 years. I've spent my whole life on the Seacoast. I grew up in Lee, NH and graduated from UNH. Now, I live just across the border in South Berwick, ME with my husband, Travis, and our ridiculously fluffy Maine coon cat, Penny. When I'm not grocery shopping or watching my brood, I run the yoga studio that I own with my mom: Yoga in ME (in Eliot, ME). I am passionate about "real food" cooking, reading, music, coffee, ignoring my husband's texts to mess with him, and growing my yearly garden of (mostly) weeds.
