Forget resolutions. I know what I should be doing to create a better me and no amount of promising is going to help me do it. What I need is a way to stick to the systems I have in place and organize my life so I can make time for the things I want to do. What I have for you today are simple, printable trackers and planners for the year ahead.
A few years ago I fell in love with bullet journaling on Pinterest (check out my board!) but have struggled to use this tool consistently. For something that was supposed to make life easier, creating pages, decorating them, keeping an index and not losing track of the journal itself, felt like a lot of work.
Then, recently my doctor asked me to track my mood. I did an internet search for mood trackers. What I found were beautiful ideas for bullet journal mood trackers and then the mother-load- printable trackers and planners! I was suddenly re-inspired by the idea of a journal planner. It turns out that the game changer in my bullet journal olympics was having the pages already designed and ready to be used. The best part is that because I’m a designer, and a little bit extra, I began designing my own pages to suit my aesthetic and needs.
As I look towards the new year I simply want to continue my personal growth. These printable trackers and planners factor heavily into how I plan to stay on track. Even better, I think that they can help other people, too.
