There’s nothing like experiencing a sunset while floating on a paddle board with the gorgeous city of Portsmouth on the horizon. Come join Well Lived Women for our private SUP & Sip with Portsmouth Paddle Co.
We begin on land with an intro to your paddle boarding gear, followed by a guided tour around the islands of New Castle and Portsmouth, NH during golden hour. As the sun prepares to set, we will anchor for a brief, relaxing SEAVĀSANĀ meditation, focused on connecting with our inner and outer world. Emerging with a renewed sense of serenity, we will float on our boards to connect with each other and enjoy “sea sodas” as we watch the sun dip below the horizon and the sky dance with the colors of sunset.
