Join Katie for 90 minutes of yoga and meditation focused on welcoming new life. Growing a baby is no small feat, and all too often we have the best intentions to start or revamp our yoga practice during pregnancy. However, there are many poses and movements not advisable to the pregnant mother.
In this workshop, you’ll learn how to modify your practice so that you can keep attending classes with confidence that you and your baby are safe. We’ll attune to the divine mother through a grounding meditation, troubleshoot variations and poses to avoid altogether, and enjoy a prenatal specific flow with hands-on adjustments/assists.
