Rooftop at The Envio, a picturesque rooftop bar and restaurant featuring signature hand crafted cocktails, craft beers, and an eclectic seasonal menu of locally sourced ingredients, will be offering an a la carte Mother’s Day menu in addition to their daily offerings from 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM on Sunday, May 14th.
Specials include: appetizers such as the Cherry Farmer Stand Salad and Fig & Goat Cheese Flatbread; entrees such as Lamb T-bone Duet with potato gratin and asparagus with limoncello honey, and Stuffed Salmon with confetti couscous, tangerine vinaigrette, and french beans; and desserts such as Raspberry Mascarpone Gateau and Tres Leches.
Guests are invited to dine in this casually sophisticated indoor/outdoor sanctuary while taking in panoramic waterfront views of the Piscataqua River and the iconic bridges that cross it.
