Kids yoga in Portsmouth at Little Bridges will resume for the next sessions every Tuesday in May 2022. Sessions last roughly 45 minutes, ages 3-5. Space is limited.

Yoga is a playful and calming activity which incorporates breathing, movement, relaxation and mindfulness. Kids yoga classes aim to create a sense of community and play through fun and imaginative poses and movement. Not only is yoga an excellent enrichment program but it builds on the skills learned during everyday fun.
