Taking Root and Quiet Mind wild Heart will be offering a week-long experience for 6th-8th grade girls to build grit and a sense of confidence to navigate the changing stress teens encounter. This program will combine a variety of activities to empower young women through community building games, yoga, mindful hiking, journaling, and arts and crafts.

Opportunities for play will be threaded throughout the week to help participants get connected with themselves and each other by being silly and authentic. Through a small camp environment, the main goal is to create space to explore and grow into being more confident in their daily lives.
