WHERE: We will meet at North Beach, Hampton Beach, NH. Beach entrance right near the public restroom. 920 Ocean Boulevard, Hampton, NH.
WHEN: Saturday, April 22. 8 AM – 9:15 AM
~35 yoga and mediation to ground down, ~40 minute beach clean up!
INVESTMENT/DONATION: Tickets are $30 per participant. Includes trash bag for clean up, beach yoga and meditation session. Children under the age of 10 are free.

WHO: Open to families of all ages! Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
WHAT TO BRING: Gardening gloves/work gloves, yoga mat, comfortable clothes for walking/yoga, comfortable shoes for beach walk, water bottle, snack if you get hungry cleaning! 🚮
