Using light weights and props, we will have fun with low impact but challenging exercises to help feel stronger, have more energy, find balance and encourage flexibility. These exercises and variations are designed to keep you engaged while working smaller muscle groups to fatigue (feeling that burn and shake to really sculpt and tone those muscles) We will work on getting that mind body connection so you can go deeper with each movement, get stronger with each class and feel better in your body mentally and physically.
Kids of all ages are welcome to attend. They can hang alongside you, participate, or play in and out of our playroom.
