A full body class blending strength + cardio exercises with the principles of Pilates (breathing, balanced muscle development, centering and control with whole body movement). We will work to strengthen our core and pelvic floor muscles, correct postural imbalances, increase flexibility, and enhance mind-body awareness.
Leave class feeling stronger mentally and physically. Great for any mama. All levels welcome; pre+postnatal modifications and advancements will be provided. Kids of all ages are welcome to attend. They can hang alongside you, participate, or play in and out of our playroom.
